Magpie Music was established, in
2003, as a global, but independent, record and publishing company
with a mission to exploit the Internet as a means of finding,
recording, promoting and selling music.
We signed our first artist, Mr Jones,
almost instantly, for a one time offering, 'Helen Of Troy'. We never
actually met him, he sent us the session files via email, which we
produced and have now released. He then disappeared into the ether,
never to be seen again. If you come across him in your travels, let
us know...
Michael Sean Osborn was discovered by Magpie
in 2005 and signed in 2006. Click on the link to discover the full

this unique artist. We are currently busy working with him recording
an album of songs.
Our latest signing, Plastique Classique, is a departure for us, away
from the electrofolk vibe and towards the electroclassical. They use
a blend of computer generated and sampled orchestral sounds to
produce classically oriented music.

on the musical content and not on the quality of the
